Member Account Setup Instructions:


If you do not have the correct email and password, or are experiencing other issues logging into your account, we offer two ways for you to setup your account:

Register On-line

Please Register On-line to access your personal member account page. Please allow 48 hours for your online registration to be process. To ensure that you receive our email in your inbox, please add info@livingwd.org to your safe list. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email in your inbox.

Contact Us

Your Member Login information is sent by email to your personal email address on file at the church. If the ministry does not have your email, or your email needs to be updated, or you have not received an email from the ministry, please contact Member Care at 708-697-6190 or email membercaredept@livingwd.org.

1. Provide Member Care with your correct information.

2. Let them know you would like to be setup to access your Member Account information online.

3. To ensure that you receive our email in your inbox, please add info@livingwd.org to your safe list.

4. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email in your inbox.

5. An email will be sent to you containing a secure, system-generated password and your member ID#. Your password will only be known and seen by you.

6. If you do not receive an email with your login information, please contact Member Care at 708-697-6190 or email membercaredept@livingwd.org.
